What pregnancy care looks like
Care is gentle and adapted to each stage. I use supportive cushions and positions that suit a growing belly, and plenty of low-force options, so you never need to lie in a way that feels uncomfortable.
We talk about how you are sleeping, moving and feeling, not just where it aches. Pregnancy is physical, but it is emotional too, and I take the whole of you seriously.
Working alongside your pregnancy team
I am not a replacement for your midwife, obstetrician or GP. If anything comes up that is outside my scope, I will tell you honestly and suggest who to see.
How to start
Everyone begins with a free initial assessment: about 30 minutes of conversation and a thorough look at your whole picture. There is no treatment at this visit. At your second visit I take you through what I found and the plan I recommend, and we do your first full treatment ($95).
