Chiropractic care is individual. Responses to care vary from person to person, and no particular result or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any general statements about how care may help are not a prediction of your individual result.

In line with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, this website does not publish patient testimonials about clinical care.

Care is provided by Dr Lucy Lex (Chiropractor), registered with the Chiropractic Board of Australia through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra). Dr Lucy Lex holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic. In Australia, the courtesy title “Dr” is used by registered chiropractors and does not indicate registration as a medical practitioner.

The free initial assessment is a genuine first visit of approximately 30 minutes, including an unhurried conversation and a thorough assessment. It is available to new patients, limited to one per person, has no cash value and is not transferable. It carries no obligation to book or purchase any further care.

If the assessment indicates that chiropractic care is not right for you, or that another practitioner would serve you better, we will tell you honestly. Any care beyond the initial assessment is charged at the fees displayed at the time of booking.

Appointments are booked through Halaxy, our secure third-party booking platform, and Halaxy’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the booking process. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is held, and there is no obligation to proceed with any further care.

If you need to change or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to someone else.

Fees for appointments are shown at the time of booking and are payable at the time of your appointment. Chiropractic care may attract private health fund rebates depending on your cover; please check with your fund.

Any personal and health information you provide is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

An appointment for a child must be booked by a parent or guardian, who consents to care on the child’s behalf and confirms they have the authority to do so. A parent or guardian must accompany a child to their appointments.

The content, design, and images on this website are owned by or licensed to Dr Lucy Lex and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

This website links to services operated by others, including our booking platform. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you use it applies.
